Family Sessions
I used to hate getting family portraits. We had to dress up in itchy, uncomfortable clothes. Sit in a stuffy studio and pretend to have a good time.
We’ve come a long way since then and we don’t do that sort of photo session anymore. Unless, of course, you’re into that sort of thing. But, I’ve got a pretty good hunch that you or your family aren’t.
With all of my sessions, I encourage you to have fun, be yourself, be spontaneous, and be silly.
I understand Family sessions can feel stressful, but they shouldn’t. I’m here to help set your mind at ease. As a father of 7, I know how overwhelming it can be, especially when the little ones just want to play and explore. I say, let them. I want you and them to feel comfortable, and at ease. Let me worry about getting the shots you’ll be able to cherish for years to come.
Whether you’re a young couple just starting out, a family with young children, or teenagers, or you are like my wife and me as card-carrying members of the Grandparent’s Club, I can tailor a session to capture those precious memories at any stage.
Give me baby laughs, good-hearted trash-talking siblings, family pets, mudpies, nature lovers, and anything else you can think of. I’ll capture it and give you images and memories your family will be proud to display and talk about for ages.
We can go to the location of your choice within 50 miles (farther distances are available for a little more to cover fuel), locations I can recommend, we can spend time at your home, or head to your family’s favorite park. This session is for you and your family. I’m just there to document it, capture the images, and give you some great memories.
Family Mini-Sessions start at $175 and are a 20-minute shoot at the location of my choice and you will get many digital high-resolution edited images to download, share, and print.
